At ISMS we manage various programs involving mystery shoppers.
These programmes are specifically devised to meet the client’s specific needs and thereafter allow clients to address their specific areas of concern proactively.
It is important to emphasise that the mystery shoppers or investigators are individuals who are drawn from our CCTV operator staff and who have vast experience in both retail and investigative capacities.
These investigators are briefed by the client prior to deployment and enter areas with predetermined questions that have been agreed to by the client. The investigators are wired with video and sound equipment to capture video footage and sound of all their actions to ensure a clear concise record of events.
