Our training centre is fully accredited by PSiRA and SASSETA to offer training of CCTV operators and access / retail control security guards.
The training and development of staff is an integral part of the obligation which ISMS has towards the community, not only in terms of job creation, but also in the areas of staff retention and development.
Our objective at the ISMS Training Centre is to provide extensive up-market services to the customer and learner with integrity, excellence and ethical standards.
Our selection procedures are rigorous and include written English and Maths tests prior to the attendance of the course. Only those who meet our high standards are chosen for various security duties.
We adhere to a strict mentorship and development programme, where everybody has to identify and mentor somebody else. Regular refresher training is carried out to ensure that all security officers and CCTV operators are aware of the latest security risks and solutions.
